Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition will run from 3 – 21 December 2018. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  2. The winner will be announced on 14 January 2019 by no later than 11h00.
  3. In order to be eligible to enter the competition, a participant:
    a. must reside in the Republic of South Africa
    b. must have a valid e-mail account
    c. must follow Blue Diamond Almonds on all social media channels

  4. Participants may not enter or receive a prize if they are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Blue Diamond Almonds, their subsidiaries, holding companies, divisions and/or associated companies.
  5. By entering this competition, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and Blue Diamond Almonds’ decision regarding any issue with the competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. No responsibility will be accepted for any entry that is not delivered, received or is delayed or damaged due to technical reasons, including telecommunication failure on the part of the Participant’s service provider, or otherwise.
  7. To be eligible for the competition, you must:
    a. Upload a photo of your favourite cuppa coffee along with a carton of Almond Breeze Barista Blend.
    b. Complete the entry form, read and agree to the terms & conditions and submit.

  8. By entering, the Participant acknowledges that personal information about the Participant will be shared with Blue Diamond Almonds and their agents to the extent necessary to conduct the competition and for prizes to be delivered to prize winners.
  9. Blue Diamond Almonds reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
  10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
  11. Winners will be chosen at random by Blue Diamond Almonds.
  12. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter on 14 January 2019. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. Deliveries must take place during office hours to a physical address.
  14. Blue Diamond Almonds’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  16. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees, subject to applicable law, that neither Blue Diamond Almonds South Africa nor Nespresso will be liable for any losses, damages, costs or claims in connection with the competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
  17. Almond Breeze Almond Milk is not for baby/infant feeding.
  18. Almond Breeze Almond Milk is not suitable for anyone with a tree nut allergy (almonds).
